Description
Pasteurized food product based on olives. To be used raw.
Ingredients: olives 79%, extra virgin olive oil 20.5%, salt 0.5%. May exceptionally contain small fragments of pits.
Usage tips: excellent on bruschetta, to season pasta, on sandwiches, and croutons for a tasty appetizer.
Preservation: store in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources. After opening, cover with extra virgin olive oil and store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4° C.
